Valuation of real estate is determination of the market value of the object.

The result of the assessment of the property is the total value of the estimated object. The result of the assessment conducted for You by our experts, can be used for sale transactions, pledge or lease, preparation of financial or accounting reports, resolution of property disputes, etc.

In determining of the property market value we determine the most probable price at which the property can be sold on the open market in a competitive environment, as at the valuation date, provided that the value prices are not influenced by any extraordinary circumstances.

When a market valuation is needed
