Technical inspection is a set of expert-verification actions, exercised in order to proved adherence to costs, scope, terms and quality of work and construction supplies.

Technical inspection in construction provides:

Supervision and reporting

Assigned group exercises supervision and control over the construction work at the site with a frequency defined by the project requirements and level of complexity of the object. Project deliverables are compiled for each visit (or at the frequency required by the customer), including:

• description of detected defects and violations;
• excerpts from normative and technical documentation confirming the existence of violations;
• photographs;
• schedules of works;
• table of costs;

Commissioning and timing

At the end of the project we participate in the commissioning of a facility to the state acceptance commission.

In the case of involvement of the technical inspection during the construction works, it is expedient to examine the building with the aim of timely detection of faults and defects of the building structures or facilities and reduce the risks of deterioration in the quality of construction in the future.

There are frequent cases when the decision on attraction of technical inspection is accepted by the Customer after origin of a dispute with the Contractor. In this case, it is expedient to conduct construction forensic.
