Construction quality control

Production quality control of construction performed by our agency includes:

• incoming inspection of project documentation;
• acceptance of the marked in-situ geodetic control network;
• incoming control of materials, products;
• operational control during execution and after completion of operations;
• evaluation of the conformity of executed hidden works.

During incoming inspection of project documentation we analyze all the documentation presented, checking thus:

• its completeness;
• compliance of the design axial dimensions and geodetic base;
• availability of coordination and approval;
• availability of materials and products;
• match the boundaries with the General plan limits;
• availability of list of works and designs influencing safety of object;
• availability of limit values controlled by the specified list of parameters;
• availability of instructions on methods of control and measurements.

If there are deficiencies, the relevant documentation is returned for revision.

We perform acceptance with customer geodetic control network, check compliance to established accuracy requirements, reliable clamping marks on the ground and file the results under an appropriate act.

Receiving inspection of materials and equipment (according to the current law) checks the compliance with requirements of standards, specifications and technical approval.

At the same time we check availability and content of accompanying papers of the supplier (manufacturer) certifying the quality of these materials, products and equipment.

Operational control checks:

• compliance of sequence and composition of the performed process operations with technical documentation, codes and standards;
• compliance with the processing methods established by method statement and regulations;
• compliance of operations and results quality indicators with the requirements of design and technological documents.

During the construction process completed work always must be evaluated to monitor the safety of the object.

Results of acceptance of hidden works are filed under an examination certificate, actual geodetic location sketches and construction test report if it’s planned by design documentation or construction contract.

Accuracy of above said work is a guarantor of successful completion of construction process which is the core activities of our agency.
